All vehicle rentals at Car Hire are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, provided upon booking confirmation or during vehicle collection. Vehicle Rental Requirements
- To hire a vehicle from Car Hire in Maida Vale, you must be at least 21 years old, though age restrictions may differ based on the vehicle type. A valid driving license, appropriate for the vehicle category, is required, along with valid identification and proof of address. Adhering to passenger and weight limits is necessary, as is remaining within agreed geographical boundaries.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Maida Vale will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the past 12 months.
